The Oregon Association of REALTORS® and the Oregon Bankers Association have partnered to create the HOME Sweet Home Program (HSHP).  This program is designed to help provide home ownership opportunities for Oregonians earning less than or equal to 100 percent of the median income in their area.
 
HSHP funds will be disbursed to eligible first-time home buyers in the form of $2,000 grants.  To access funds, the home buyer must obtain their first mortgage loan through an Oregon Bankers Association member bank.  The bank will work directly with the Bankers Association, which is administering the program.  The eligible home buyer must also be working with a REALTOR® on the home purchase.
